More recently, I’ve been designing and implementing AI-powered internal marketing workflows. The goal is simple: enable small teams to operate with maximum quality and volume, without unnecessary headcount or burnout. That usually involves automating repeatable work, improving decision-making loops, and teaching teams how to use AI as a force multiplier rather than a shortcut.
